I’m passionate about the third space bicultural, hybrid identities like myself occupy. My experiences as a second-generation Canadian born in Surrey to parents who were born in Panjab is what inspires my work.

At the heart of the world that I am building is belonging. My longing for belonging is what drives the world that I am building.
I am an executive leader, podcast host, writer, and executive coach, but more than anything, I am Harpo, a proud kid from Surrey who wants desperately to belong.
What I’ve learned so far is that if you don’t belong to yourself, you cannot belong to anyone or anything. And quite often, when we begin to belong to ourselves, our desire and need to belong to something external immediately falls away.
